Soar Payments LLC, doing business as TacticalPay (“TacticalPay,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), operates tacticalpay.com and the TacticalPay POS platform at pos.tacticalpay.com. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional or account-related communications.

Your TacticalPay POS platform data is hosted and managed by Karls Technology. TacticalPay may access this data in connection with providing and supporting your subscription. Information collected through our website and marketing activities is stored and managed by TacticalPay and our third-party service providers.
Data Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we collect and store. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security and are not responsible for unauthorized access that occurs despite our efforts.
Data Retention
We retain your information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Following cancellation or termination of your TacticalPay POS subscription, platform data is retained by Karls Technology for approximately 90 days before it may be permanently deleted, subject to change. You are responsible for exporting any records you need before your account closes.
Your Rights
You may contact us at pos@tacticalpay.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information we hold about you. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe. We reserve the right to retain information as required by law or for legitimate business purposes even following a deletion request.
