Monthly fees are collected separately. The merchant account fee ($25/mo) is deducted by the processor from your deposits. The TacticalPay subscription is charged to the card used at purchase: E-commerce $32/mo, Tap $44/mo, Pro $74/mo, POS $25/mo. On the POS plan, the POS software ($99/mo) is billed by the POS provider and FFL Boss ($50/mo) by FFL Boss; on the E-commerce plan, the payment gateway ($12/mo) is billed by Authorize.net. All-in prices are the total of these fixed monthly components.
The Authorize.net payment gateway (included in the E-commerce Plan, available as an add-on elsewhere) is priced at $12/mo plus $0.10 per transaction and $0.05 per batch, in addition to standard merchant account fees. These are variable per-transaction gateway fees.
Additional fees may include IRS reporting ($2.95/yr), PCI non-compliance ($29.95/mo, waived upon certification), plus applicable chargeback and retrieval fees. The eCommerce add-on (+$29/mo) is offered at current processor pricing, subject to change.
