Bald Eagle’s Rifle Club:
The Bald Eagle’s Rifle Club was formed as an association responsible for the promotion of Fullbore Rifle Shooting in the United States, and to support the efforts of the United States Veteran’s Rifle Team in its international competitions.
During the years subsequent to its formation, the BERC has established a club house at the NRA’s Whittington Center in Raton, New Mexico, and began the sponsorship of the Spirit of America Match
Each year, they participate in a number of shooting events designed to encourage competition and build community around rifle shooting. They also support the US veterans rifle team in going on trips, offer forums and more for community members to exchange information, gear, and so much more.
Bringing people together around shooting competition is so crucial for community building, and that’s why The Bald Eagle’s Rifle Club is our selection for community organization of the week. Big congrats are due!
