Industry Spotlight

Front Sight Press

The origins of Front Sight Press go back to a time when creator Tiffany Johnson knew nothing about guns. Since then, she has traveled far and become a dedicated firearms instructor and 2nd Amendment Advocate.

Front Sight Press began as just a personal blog to offer some extra insight on the Second Amendment from a unique perspective (a young, black, urban female lawyer who works in acadermia and teaches firearms classes). Over the course of blogging, Tiffany realized that the gun world needed a makeover. In her own words, the gun world needs “top to bottom — a complete and total rebranding.” Tiffany wonders “if the biggest threat to the Second Amendment could be our own public image.”

Finding FSP’s voice was key to it’s growth, and it has been a beacon for Tiffany’s educated and unique perspective on guns ever since. In addition to being a place where open dialogue can occur about challenging issues in the gun world, Front Sight Press also serves as an educational and entertaining vehicle on a variety of topics.

Tiffany has written on race and guns, gender and guns, law and guns, police and guns, kids and guns, coworkers and guns, friends and guns, media and guns, training and guns, and attitude (and guns). All these subjects intersect with firearms and provide an interesting backdrop for Tiffany to share her perspectives.

Lastly, given her commitment to marketing and branding, Tiffany offers website AND powerpoint services for those who wish to improve their pro-gun branding. If you’d like to learn more you can Click here to connect with FSP on Twitter!
